Baked Celery Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x celery hearts
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 25 gm butter
Directions
- Cut the root ends off the celery.
- Put the celery hearts into boiling salted water and cook for 10 min then drain.
- Grease an ovenproof dish with butter.
- Put in the celery sprinkle the cheese over and dot with pcs of butter.
- Bake at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas 6 for 20 min.
