  1. Cut the pork into 1 1/2inch pcs with skin on. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the garlic and fry till light brown. Add in the onion and the yellow beans and fry for a couple of min till you get the aroma. Add in the pork and fry for a few more min, add in the soy sauce, water and rock sugar and leave to simmer till the pork is cooked. Serve warm.
