Baby Food Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Flour
- 3 x (4 1/2 ounce) jars baby food 1 carrot, 1 applesauce and 1 apricot)
- 1 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 stk margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix Large eggs, sugar, flour, baby food, oil, soda and cinnamon together. Spread onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min. Let cold.
- For icing: Mix cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar till smooth. Top bars with icing.
