Aunt Maude's Hot Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. + 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper minced green olives sausage meat -- or possibly pecans
Directions
- Mix cheese and butter. Add in flour, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper. Roll into 1 inch balls. Poke hole with your finger and put in some filling.
- Close hole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
