Asparagas Ham Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pkt Frzn cut asparagas, thawed (10 ounces each)
- 1 lb Fully cooked ham, minced
- 2 c. Shredded swiss cheese (8 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Buttermilk baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. Dry vegetable flakes
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
- In two greased 9-in. pie plates, layer the asparagas, ham, cheese and onion. In a bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagas mix in each pie plate. Bake at 375 for 30 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
