• 3 green onions chopped (green parts only)
• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 1 package (85 g) ramen noodles, crushed (discard seasoning package or save for another use)
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp sesame oil
• 1 cup pecans or cashews, chopped
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
