Armenovil Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 meringues, coarsely crumbled (approx. 1 1/2 cups)
- 250 gr. shaved or finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 250 gr. of toasted almonds, roughly pulsed in a food processor
- 4 cups whipping cream (1000 gr.)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (370ml)
- 1 Tbsp. of vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- Almond Brittle
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup almonds
