Apricot - Yogurt Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. yogurt
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- Dash salt
- Apricot preserves for garnish
Directions
- Put together first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Sufficient to frost top and sides of two 8 or possibly 9 inch layers.
