Directions

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add in apples and cook, stirring often till the apples start to soften. Add in the sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. Cook till the apples are soft and the juices have thickened. Keep hot till serving.
  3. Use your favorite way to make French Toast, or possibly: Per Person:2 thick cut slices of whole wheat bread2 Large eggs, well beaten in a shallow panDip the bread in the Large eggs till both sides are well coated. Fry over medium heat using Pam or possibly your favorite oil.
  4. Place the two slices of French Toast on a plate. Top with 1 to 2 Tbsp. of lowfat sour cream per slice. Then top with the cooked apples.
  5. Eat with your favorite warm or possibly cool beverage.
