Apple Butter Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt Apple butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except apple butter till crumbly. Spread 1/2 of the mix in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Spread applebutter over crumbly mix.
- Cover with the remaining mix of crumbs. Bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 min. May be served with whipped cream PATS NOTE - I'll bet this would also be good with different type of jams. Also with powdered sugar sprinkled over top
