Apple Blossom Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 c. Flour (do not sift)
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Minced apples, unpeeled
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except apples with mixer. Mix in apples. Bake in Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour 15 min. Grease & flour pan very well so apples will not stick.
