Apple Blossom Cake 1 Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 3 c. apples, peeled & minced
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Combine oil, sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla, and beat. Stir in nuts and peeled apples. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and add in to other ingredients. Bake in 9x13-inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
- Topping:Mix together and sprinkle on top of unbaked cake.
