Apple And Pear Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. Pineapple juice
- 3 x Anjou pears, unpeeled, diced
- 3 x Red delicious apples unpeeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh mint, diced
- 3 x Serrano chilies, seeded, chopped
Directions
- Mix the pineapple juice and lime juice in a large non-reactive bowl.
- Add in the diced pears and apple, toss to combine juices with fruit and to prevent the fruit from turning brown. Add in the chilies.
