Ingredients

  • 2 c. dry peas, soaked
  • 20 ounce hominy
  • 1 c. celery leaves -=or possibly=-
  • 2 pch thyme salt pepper savoury
  • 16 c. water

Directions

  1. When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer till the peas are tender but stil hard. Add in the hominy & cook until thickened. Serve warm.
