In the middle of deep prussian blue color Pacific ocean, lies a beautiful coral island called Bikini Atoll and beneath it lies the most exciting city of the world called Bikini bottom with a population of roughly around 500 plus. The city has structured government, various businesses, law enforcement system but what sets it apart is the most happening restaurant of our times Krusty Krab. And the sole signature dish of Krusty Krab is Krabby patties, though other variations were also tested at times like jelly patties where krabby patties were topped with jelly fish.

,%20pickles,%20sesame%20seeds%20and%20some%20secret%20ingredient%20like%20King%20Neptune%E2%80%99s%20Poseidon%20powder,%20some%20says%20it%20also%20contains%20barnacle%20shavings.%20The%20recipe%20is%20closely%20guarded%20secret%20and%20it%20was%20by%20all%20means%20must%20be%20utterly%20delicious%20so%20that%20the%20tiny%20green%20Plankton%20always%20remain%20busy%20hatching%20some%20scheme%20to%20steal%20the%20krabby%20patty%20formula%20but%20all%20his%20attempts%20goes%20in%20vain.%20Our%20beloved%20Spongebob%20Square%20Pants%20has%20somewhat%20secret%20access%20to%20it,%20so%20he%20was%20appointed%20as%20fry%20cook%20for%20the%20restaurant,%20though%20at%20times%20he%20had%20to%20do%20all%20sorts%20of%20odd%20jobs%20at%20the%20restaurant.%20On%20number%20of%20occasions%20he%20insisted%20that%20Squidward%20(whom%20he%20considered%20his%20best%20friend)%20should%20try%20the%20krabby%20patties%20at%20least%20once%20%E2%80%9Cbecause%20the%20only%20people%20who%20don%E2%80%99t%20like%20a%20Krabby%20Patty%20have%20never%20tasted%20one%E2%80%9D.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20got%20me%20thinking%20and%20honestly%20speaking,%20number%20of%20times%20I%20was%20lured%20to%20this%20heavenly%20patties.%20Before%20my%20first%20visual%20experience%20of%20krabby%20patties,%20thanks%20to%20Spongebob%20for%20this,%20I%20have%20never%20come%20acrossed%20something%20like%20crabby%20patties.%20May%20be%20because%20we%20love%20to%20enjoy%20the%20crabs%20as%20cooked%20wholly%20in%20rich%20and%20spicy%20curry.%20The%20crab%20meats%20sold%20separately%20was%20somewhat%20unheard%20among%20the%20Indian%20fish%20sellers.%20So%20on%20a%20wintry%20evening,%20when%20I%20first%20went%20to%20Quincy%20market%20at%20Boston,%20I%20was%20warmed%20up%20by%20the%20presence%20of%20so%20many%20eateries%20lined%20up%20prettily%20in%20old%20arcade%20style%20market.%20Apart%20from%20the%20lobster%20rolls,%20crab%20cakes%20were%20another%20crowdpuller.%20As%20soon%20as%20I%20laid%20my%20eyes%20on%20hot%20crab%20cakes,%20I%20screamed%20with%20excitement%20%E2%80%9Ccrabby%20patties%20the%20spongebob%20wala%E2%80%9D.%20DH%20was%20laughing%20crazily%20and%20said%20%E2%80%9Cyes,%20the%20same%20one%20but%20without%20barnacle%20shavings!%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20crab%20cakes%20were%20good%20though%20I%20could%20not%20get%20to%20taste%20much%20of%20crabmeat,%20may%20be%20because%20of%20too%20much%20fillers%20in%20it,%20but%20I%20was%20excited%20enough%20to%20try%20the%20dish%20at%20home.%20The%20following%20weekend%20I%20went%20to%20buy%20the%20fresh%20crab%20meat%20from%20the%20market,%20and%20picked%20up%20a%20seasoning%20called%20%E2%80%9COld%20Bay%E2%80%9D%20which%20was%20lying%20nearby%20to%20the%20seafood%20counter.%20To%20the%20fresh%20crab%20meat%20I%20had%20added%20minced%20garlic,%20minced%20yellow%20onions,%20freshly%20chopped%20parsley,%20egg,%20mayo,%20the%20special%20seasonings%20and%20added%20the%20flour%20as%20binder.%20The%20taste%20was%20good%20but%20it%20felt%20like%20that%20it%20could%20be%20better.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFew%20months%20later%20when%20we%20moved%20south,%20I%20got%20to%20taste%20the%20crab%20cakes%20once%20again%20at%20the%20Outerbanks,%20NC.%20What%20sets%20it%20apart%20from%20the%20Quincy%E2%80%99s%20crab%20cakes%20were%20the%20soft%20and%20flaky%20texture%20of%20crab%20cakes%20and%20the%20crisp%20outer%20covering.%20The%20filler%20was%20almost%20non-existent%20and%20I%20could%20got%20to%20taste%20the%20sweet%20flavour%20of%20crab%20meat.%20The%20crusty%20bread%20crumbs%20are%20sufficient%20enough%20to%20bind%20the%20patties,%20though%20it%20will%20be%20hard%20to%20retain%20the%20shapes.%20But%20who%20cares,%20when%20it%20tasted%20far%20better%20this%20way.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAmerican%20Crab%20cakes%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20Recipe%20type:%20Appetiser%20Cuisine:%20American%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFresh%20crabmeat%20:%20Half%20pound%20(I%20have%20used%20Dungeness%20lump%20crab%20meat)%20Mayonnaise%20:%20%C2%BC%20cup%20(plain%20or%20any%20flavor)%20Egg:%201%20large%20beaten%20Djon%20Mustard:%201%20tsp%20Fresh%20Parsley%20(chopped)%20:%202%20tbsp%20Old%20Bay%20seasoning%20:%201%20tsp%20+%20Salt%20and%20pepper%20to%20taste%20Lemon%20juice:%202%20tsp%20Bread%20crumbs%20(use%20Panko):%201%20cup%20Flour%20to%20dust%20Old%20for%20shallow%20frying%20Butter%20:%201%20tbsp%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20bowl%20whisk%20the%20mayo,%20egg%20and%20mustard.%20In%20a%20separate%20bowl%20gently%20mix%20the%20crabmeat%20with%20all%20the%20seasonings,%20fresh%20parsely%20and%20breadcrumbs.%20Add%20the%20mayo%20egg%20mixture%20to%20this%20and%20very%20gently%20mix%20it,%20taking%20care%20not%20to%20break%20the%20lumps%20of%20crabmeat.%20Stir%20in%20the%20lemon%20juice,%20cover%20and%20refrigerate%20it%20for%20one%20hour.%20Wet%20your%20palm%20and%20scoop%20the%20crab%20mixture%20and%20make%20around%20six%20patties%20of%20half%20inch%20thickness.%20In%20a%20pan%20warm%20the%20butter%20and%20heat%20the%20oil%20together.%20Dust%20the%20crab%20patties%20with%20flour%20and%20s
