Acar Bawang (Pickled Shallots) Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 11/2 Tbsp. White sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Hot water
- 24 x Shallots peeled & sliced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except shallots, stirring till sugar dissolves. Combine with shallots and sliced chili, if you like. Leave 2-3 hrs before serving.
