7 Up Jello Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 sm package Jello, lime
- 1 c. Water, boiling
- 81/2 can Pineapple, crushed, liquid removed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- 3/4 c. 7-Up
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in cream cheese, put in blender & blend till smooth. Add in rest of ingredients except 7-Up. Mix well. Add in 7-Up last. Put in serving dish or possibly individual dishes in refrigerator till set.
