Just got back from an amazing week in Tuscany with Flavours of Italy. Gorgeous recipes taught by charismatic, local chef, beautiful, luxurious surroundings - a real treat. We went to local vineyards and restaurants and sampled everything from local cheese to chocolate. Amazing! Am looking at their Sicily location for next year - it's a palazzo.

How lucky you are! Oh my I would give anything to get the time off from work to go. The food and everything you experienced must have been fabulous one can only dream that hasnt been there.....hope you can recreate some recipes to share ?
