About me
i am a single dad of 2 girls we love food,from asain to mexican,indian and irish.i my self like indian and mexican food,my oldest likes pizza,so i am always looking for ways of adding variety to my life.i love learning more about cooking espeacily about my favorite foods,i am always finding new ways of making my favorite foods.i have always been on a tight budget growing up,so i always wanted to learn how to cook foods my family will like,but do it in a way that uses a few ingredieants and for a few dollars per meal. i dont have it perfected i am still learning!
Cooking Influences
my mother would have to be my first cooking influence she made a lot of traditional american comfort food ,and my second would be my ex wife my ex wife was from India and she made a lot of vegatarian , and asain food.i am also looking for ways of eating healthy,plus cooking on a tight budget,has also been a big influence on my life being a single parent on a tight budget makes me be more creative!
