I have used up four American Harvest air ovens in the past twenty years. With the frozen feature as an option, I decided to give the Nu Wave a try. I'm lovin' it. I'm having to do a little experimenting, but I use the time chart as a basic.guide. All is turning out fantastic. I enter NU Wave and the recipe I'm looking for, and find a lot of help on Google. I have a web site jokeitem.com and an eBay store, so I'm pretty busy.
I live in Arizona, where our temperature is now in the triple digits, so this method of cooking is really cool. When I have more time, I plan to add some recipes, and answer some questions that people post.
