Walking Taco Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce.) can refried beans
- 4 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Taco sauce (mild or possibly warm)
- Minced lettuce
- Finely minced tomatoes
- Shredded cheese (cheddar preferred)
- Minced olives
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Spread the beans on a large platter (about 10 x 13 inches). Mix together the cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and taco mix; spread this on the beans. Spread taco sauce over the top. Cover with minced lettuce, then tomatoes, cheese and olives. Serve with round tortilla chips.
