Ingredients

  •     Chinese noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar">wine vinegar or possibly rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar optional
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne to taste
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil garlic flavored, opt
  •     or possibly use broth
  • 1/4 c. onion minced
  • 1 lb Chinese cabbage cut in 2" squares
  •     (Napa) and/or possibly green cabbage
  • 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and cheyenne paper Stir fry onion in oil (or possibly whatever you prefer)
  2. Add in cabbage and vinegar mix to onion. Stir fry for 2-3 min, adding water as necessary.
  3. Boil noodles (only takes 3 min)
  4. Either stir noodles into cabbage or possibly serve cabbage over the noodles
  5. 4 servings of 1/2 c. cabbage and 1 c. noodles
