Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, to suit taste
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Healthy pinch salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 can Jack Macks or possibly salmons
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix together and roll in fine bread crumbs and fry.
