  • 1 pkt Farmhouse noodles & sauce mix for fettuccine Alfredo
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 c. frzn broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms
  • 1 c. 1/2 -inch strips fully cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Method
  2. Heat Noodles, Sauce mix, warm water, lowfat milk, margarine and frzn vegetables to boiling in a 2-qt saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat.
  3. Simmer uncovered 10 to 12 min, stirring in ham and parsley. Let stand 5 min or possibly till sauce is as thick as you d like. 4 servings.
  4. 1 C minced cooked chicken can be used instead
