  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Jalapeno peppers -- seeded And minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley -- chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro -- chopped

Directions

  1. Steam green beans till tender-crisp, about 15 min. Drain. Whisk together other ingredients and pour over hot green beans. Allow to marinate at least 1/2 hour. Serve at room temperature or possibly chilled.
