Marinade For Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- Juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Marinate meat for 1-2 hrs. Save sauce for basting. Top with pineapple or possibly mushrooms.
