Lo Cal Milk Shake Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 ounce. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 box unsweetened Jello pudding mix (sm. box)
- Sweet & Low to taste (approx. 1/2 packet)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in blender. Drop ice cubes in one at a time to thicken. Makes one frosty shake. 140 calories; 1 gram fat.
