Lemon Poppy Seed Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Lemon cake mix
- 1 sm Pkg lemon instant pudding
- 1 c. Warm water
- 1/3 c. Veg. oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Poppy seed
Directions
- Combine. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 deg for 45-50 min.
- After you take them out of the oven, prick the top with a fork and pour over the glaze.
- Glaze: 1/2 c. sugar and 5 Tbls lemon juice.
- Cold and remove from pans.
- Note: I usually cut the glaze if half, because I think which the glaze is too sweet.
