Fruit Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x recipe of your favorite sugar cookie dough ( or possibly Pillsbury refrigerated dough)
Directions
- Roll this out on a pizza pan and bake at 35 degrees until golden brown. Let cold.
- Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, softened, with 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Spread this on top of cookie. Top with any kind of fruit. Make a pattern which is attractive.
- You can use mangoes, kiwi, mandarin oranges, blueberries, cherries, star fruit
- (this is exceptionally pretty). Remember if you use bananas, dip the slices in lemon juice to avoid browning.
- For glaze, mix:1/2 c sugar2 Tablespoons cornstarch1/4 c lemon juice1/2 c orange juice ( or possibly other fruit juice; i.e., cherry, pineapple, and strawberry)
- 1/4 c water
- Cook till it is thick and clear. Pour over fruit. Chill.
