Directions

  1. Place onion soup fold in 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle 2/3 c. rice over mix and stir. Lay chicken on top. Mix mushroom soup, water and celery. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs, stir occasionally. If chicken becomes too brown, cover with foil. This dish serves 3-4 persons.
