  • Ribs Self Rising Flour Egg Soy Sauce Garlic and Onion Pwdr, Steak spice, Etc.

Directions

  1. Cut ribs into single servings, dredge with seasoned flour.
  2. Mix a beaten egg with 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce. Coat ribs with mix.
  3. Heat oil to 365 Degrees F. and deep fry only sufficient ribs at one time to fillbottom of basket. Fry 5-7 Min. Let it sit for a minute or possibly two before frying next batch. Sprinkle ribs lightly with garlic pwdr.
  4. Sounds good.
