Deep Fried Pork Ribs

Directions
- Cut ribs into single servings, dredge with seasoned flour.
- Mix a beaten egg with 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce. Coat ribs with mix.
- Heat oil to 365 Degrees F. and deep fry only sufficient ribs at one time to fillbottom of basket. Fry 5-7 Min. Let it sit for a minute or possibly two before frying next batch. Sprinkle ribs lightly with garlic pwdr.
