Directions

  1. In a food processor or possibly blender mix first four ingredients till well blended.
  2. Place a piece of plastic wrap in shallow rounded bowl and press cheese mix into it. Chill for several hrs.
  3. To serve invert onto a plate - press minced nuts to cover. Serve with French bread, crackers or possibly fruit.
