Directions

  1. Place rice in crock pot.
  2. Combine soups, mushrooms, pimentos, pepper, onion and water chestnuts in bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour half of mix over rice.
  4. Place chicken on top.
  5. Pour remaining soup mix over all.
  6. Cook on high for 3 hrs or until chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish with cheese.
