Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 10 1/2 ounce cream of celery soup
  • 10 1/2 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 x 4 1/2 ounces whole mushrooms
  • 1 sm jar pimiento strips*
  • 1/2 x minced green pepper
  • 1/2 x minced onion
  • 8 x chicken breasts halved grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. * Pimientos should be liquid removed
  2. Place rice in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except chicken and cheese in bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour half of mix over rice. Place chicken on top. Pour remaining soup mix over all. Cook on high for 3 hrs or possibly till chicken is tender.
  4. Garnish with cheese.
