Ingredients
- Scalloped Corn Casserole
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 sm onion, minced (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
