Directions

  1. Mix over warm water, not boiling chocolate chips and vegetable shortening; stir till chips heat and turn smooth. Remove from heat but keep chocolate over warm water.
  2. Dip pretzels into chocolate mix and coat proportionately; shake off any excess coating. Place pretzels on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Refrigeratein refrigerator till coating sets. Serves or possibly store in refrigerator. Makes approximately 50 pretzels.
