Chili Spice Rub Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x New York Strip steaks
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Mexican leaf oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except steak. Rub onto steaks; chill 2 hrs before grilling. Grill covered over medium-warm grill 7 to 10 min, or possibly to desired doneness, turning once. Keep the grill lid closed to add in extra charcoal flavor
