Chicken With Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x Chicken breast, boned and skinned
- 1/4 x Bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Angel hair pasta, cooked as directed
- 1 jar good pasta sauce Mozzarella cheese Cheddar cheese Colby cheese
Directions
- Lb. chicken breasts between plastic till 1/4 inch thick. Heat butter and oil in large frying pan. Dip chicken first in scrambled egg and then in bread crumbs.Heat butter in warm frying pan and add in extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic. Heat for just a minute and add in chicken breasts. Fry till browned and cooked. Make nests of cooked pasta. Put some sauce on pasta. Place one cooked chicken breast on and put a small amount of suace on top of which.
- Sprinkle the cheeses on the chicken breast and put under broiler till cheese melts.
