7 - Up Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow supreme cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. veg. oil
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-Up
- 1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T flour
- 3 1/2 ounce coconut
Directions
- Put cake ingredients into large mixing bowl. Blend till creamy. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch round cake pans (you can use 3 pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.Icing: Cook till thick. When cooled, add in coconut; spread between layers and on top of cake.
