%20and%20start%20mixing%20together%20adding%20milk%20little%20more%20if%20needed.%20Once%20a%20sticky%20dough%20is%20formed,%20fold%20in%20the%20chopped%20bananas%20and%20continue%20kneading%20until%20you%20get%20a%20smooth%20soft%20almost%20non%20sticky%20dough.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMine%20was%20ok%20-ok.%20The%20bananas%20got%20mashed%20and%20added%20to%20the%20stickiness.I%20needed%20barely%205%20tbsp%20of%20milk.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShape%20it%20into%20a%20ball%20and%20place%20in%20an%20oiled%20bowl%20and%20let%20it%20rise%20for%20another%201.5%20-%202%20hours%20until%20it%20doubles.At%20this%20stage%20you%20can%20refrigerate%20the%20dough%20and%20let%20it%20rise%20in%20the%20fridge%20overnight.%20If%20this%20is%20done,%20take%20it%20out%20atleast%2020-30%20minutes%20before%20the%20second%20rise.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGently%20deflate%20the%20dough%20and%20place%20it%20in%20a%20greased%20loaf%20tin%20and%20let%20it%20rise%20under%20a%20loose%20wrap%20for%20an%20hour%20until%20it%20assumes%20the%20shape%20of%20the%20loaf%20and%20hopefully%20rises%20above%20the%20corners%20of%20the%20tin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMeanwhile%20preheat%20the%20oven%20to%20180C,%20brush%20the%20top%20of%20the%20bread%20with%20milk%20and%20sprinkle%20optional%20toppings%20like%20oats%20etc.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2030-40%20minutes%20or%20more%20until%20the%20top%20is%20golden%20brown.%20Take%20out%20let%20it%20cool%20completely%20on%20a%20wire%20rack.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20bread%20is%20not%20sweet.%20Maybe%20it%20will%20be%20if%20the%20bananas%20used%20are%20overtly%20sweet.%20The%20bread%20can%20be%20used%20as%20a%20sandwich%20bread%20with%20even%20savoury%20spreads%20or%20gravies.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EElse%20you%20can%20serve%20it%20with%20maple/butterscotch%20syrups,%20nutella%20and%20other%20sweet%20preserves/spreads.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20even%20spice%20it%20up%20with%20cardamom,%20cinnamon%20etc%20and%20include%20nuts%20as%20well%20while%20kneading%20the%20dough.%20And%20obviously%20you%20can%20replace%20the%20bananas%20and%20go%20for%20oranges%20pineapple%20etc%20to%20get%20a%20different%20flavoured%20bread.%20Make%20sure%20you%20adjust%20the%20sweetness%20quotient%20as%20per%20your%20choice.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
