Vegan Banana doughnuts with Chocolate Fudge Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- Bananas - 2, very ripe
- Sugar - 3tbsp
- Light brown sugar - 1tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1tsp
- All purpose flour - 1cup
- Baking powder - ½tsp
- Ground Cinnamon - ½tsp
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Soy Milk - 2~3tbsp
- Dates - ⅓cup (about 7~8 pitted dates)
- Soy milk - ½cup
- Chocolate Chips - 2tbsp (or use 1½tbsp cocoa powder)
