  • 1 cup milk (1% or 2%)

  • ½ cup chopped toasted almonds
  • ½ cup Fudge Ripple (recipe below)
  • For the Fudge Ripple:
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa, sifted
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ounce bittersweet (60% cacao) chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
