  • 2 cups of cooking liquid
  • 1/2 cup tangerine juice
  • 1/2 tangerine rind, sliced thinly
  • Brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup purchased Thai Plum Sauce
  • 1/2 cup purchased barbecue sauce
