Sugarless Cookies (For Diabetics) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt, (opt.)
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1Â 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 c. Quick, (Mother's) oats
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and add in remaining ingredients to moisten. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
