Savory Sweet Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (or about 7 c. of cup up sweet potatoes)
- 4 c. Chicken Broth (or Vegetable broth)
- 2 c. Milk
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 t. Pepper
- Optional Sour cream for garnish
- 1. Peel, cup up and cook sweet potatoes in water until tender. (About 20 minutes)
