Sauteed Chicken breasts with mustard sauce Recipe
Ingredients

- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard (the good stuff, not the yellow stuff)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- tiny pinch of red pepper flakes
