- 1 tsp olive oil

- 6oz (180gr) sausage, sliced
- 6 medium shallots, chopped
- 6oz (180gr) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 tbs parsley
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 5oz (150gr) goat cheese, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
