Ruth Agar's Standing Rib Roast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Standing rib roast
  •     Coarsely grnd pepper
  •     Seasoned salt
  •     Crazy Jane's Mixed Up salt
  •     Meat thermometer

Directions

  1. Coat roast GENEROUSLY with spices. Place in a roasting pan with meat thermometer in center. Cook over indirect fire on outside grill with grill lid down. Open to check internal temperature at 30 minute intervals till thermometer registers desired degree of doneness.
