Russian Rock Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Butter
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 lb Whole pecans
- 1 lb Dates, minced
- 1 lb Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Baking soda dissolved in
- 1/4 c. Warm water (cooled)
- 1/4 c. Bourbon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients & drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 min.
- Yields 7 dozen.
